His titles include The Successful Executive, Recipes for Happiness, Why You Are Here – Briefly, and is co-author of An Introduction to 3-Dimensional Leadership. Some of his reflections appear in the International Leadership Association’s 2012 publication, Leading in Complex Worlds.
Nigel has worked on development projects in a dozen countries in four continents on World Bank and UK Government funded projects, he has set up and run businesses, and co-founded pressure groups and charities including WellBoring. He has run for Parliament and had a first career in marketing communications.

Jennifer is from South Africa, where she completed her Psychology degree and postgraduate in Marketing at The University of Cape Town. She then trained as a Consciousness Coach in Johannesburg with Creative Consciousness, an International Coach Federation accredited training program. Jennifer is a keen traveler, fascinated by different ‘normals’, and has lived and worked across cultures including USA, Thailand & Italy and now the UK.
