An Extraordinary Year

2011 has been a great year for Extraordinary Leadership. We ran our first 100+ participant Leadership Development Program gaining more than 99% positive recommendation. Helen Battersby has become a regular facilitator getting feedback as effusive as the content creators. In fact, our facilitating capacity has increased by 150%. We have taken our first team to Kenya, one of three journeys in 2011.

We’ve worked in London and Paris, Barcelona and Madrid, Frankfurt and Berne, Boston, Gurgaon and Zurich, and Maragua in Kenya. We have joined the International Leadership Association and participated in events, Anne Stenbom giving a seminar. The directors are now fully affiliated with the Centre for Leadership Studies at Exeter University, developing and sharing ideas through the link it provides between practitioners and academics.

Chris Monk has established our Extraordinary Leadership Group at Linkedin, which now has many 100s of members. We have offered our first model of leadership and produced our first leadership book, an Introduction to 3-Dimensional Leadership.

We have instigated the creation of a charity, WellBoring, which has completed its first borehole. We have done all of this while Eithne Wright organised Claire to provide logistical support, and then spent most of the rest of the year successfully battling a rare form of Leukaemia. All in all, we're thankful and looking forward to 2012.
